The Ligue 1 outfit has announced a sponsorship deal with GO Sport after agreeing to a two-year deal with the global sports company.

PSG have invested heavily in the transfer market and have signed several world class players ahead of the new season. The cash-laden club from Paris are still courting few more players as they bid to become a force to reckon in France and Europe.

After securing the signature of talented Argentinean Javier Pastore last year, the Ligue 1 outfit has once again stretched their financial muscles with the signings of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ezequiel Lavezzi and Thiago Silva.

And to add to that, Les Parisiens are all set to attain the services of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is considered by many as one of the best finisher in the world at the moment.

Paris Saint-Germain have taken their project to the next level by striking a partnership deal with GO Sport, a global sports company. GO Sport will work alongside PSG after becoming the official partner of the French club and will help PSG gain worldwide recognition.

Jean-Claude Blanc, CEO of Paris Saint-Germain, has expressed his delight over the exclusive sponsorship deal with GO Sport.

While talking to reporters, the CEO stated that this partnership will help build the image of the club around the world and it will also benefit GO Sport in many ways.

“We are very excited about this partnership with GO Sport. We believe that the image of PSG will bring a lot to GO Sport, but we also rely heavily on the brand to establish our presence in France and abroad.”

CEO of Groupe GO Sport, François Neukirch, also hailed the partnership and is delighted with the two-year deal. Neukirch has termed this deal as an important step for both the club and the company.

“This partnership is an important step in our sales and marketing strategy,” he stated. “With us being devoted to football fans, this is another strong sign given by GO Sport to all football fans.”

Paris Saint-Germain are set to start their 2012/2013 Ligue 1 campaign as they look to win the Ligue 1 crown after narrowly missing out on it last time.
