Kappa to kit out Toulouse FC
Kappa have agreed a kit supply deal with French top-flight soccer club Toulouse FC.
From next season, the Italian apparel brand will replace Airness in providing matchday jerseys and training wear, as well as distributing official replicas. Further details were not released, but Toulouse have revealed it to be a long-term deal.
Toulouse president Olivier Sadran said: “We have taken the decision to change kit supplier next season. This decision is maturely though out and fits completely with our policy of renewal, of identifying and appealing to our supporters and spectators. We decided to align ourselves with a quality brand, which is the Italian brand Kappa.”
François-Xavier Chupin, the Kappa chief executive, added: “We were seduced by the club TFC, the quality of its staff and organisation… We have a feeling that we share the values of the club. We wish to bring to the club the service it expects, which has not necessarily been well served these past years.”
Toulouse lie 6th in the Ligue 1 Orange table, and are eight points behind leaders Lille in a highly competitive season.
