Germany Women’s World Cup Team Pose For Playboy
Some of Germany’s finest international women footballers have thrown themselves into a different kind of strip — in a shoot for PLAYBOY.
The players decided it was the best way to drum up interest for the Women’s World Cup, which starts in the country later this month.
Bayern Munich players Annika Doppler, 19, Ivana Rudelic, 19, and Julia Simic, 22, as well as Gütersloh’s Kristina Gessat and Wolfsburg’s Selina Wagner left little to the imagination as they frolicked by a lakeside.
The German team is favourite to win the competition – and are clearly training hard as none of the current squad took part in the shoot.
German Playboy exec Nina van Splunter said: “Everyone knows how popular football is in Germany and, just like their male counterparts, the female team are very successful.
