Epson supports AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2011
Epson has announced that it will be one of the main sponsors of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2011, the prestigious quadrennial football championship to be held in Qatar from January 7 to 29, 2011. Epson revealed that it will be conducting a special showcase of its latest projectors and printers, and will provide a free printing service for fans to print their photos from their cameras during the entire event.
Epson will have its own stand at the Asian Cup’s dedicated Fan Zone located adjacent to the Khalifa Stadium, which will be the venue of the championship match and one of the semifinal matches.
Khalil El-Dalu, General Manager, Epson Middle East, said, “Epson is proud to be part of the AFC Asian Cup, which is the most coveted football championship in Asia. We have organised exciting activities, privileges and surprises at the Epson stand to make the event a truly memorable experience for all football fans. Sixteen qualifiers from all over Asia will compete in the 2011 AFC Asian Cup finals, which will feature a total of 32 world-class football matches to be held in different stadiums all over Qatar.
